For 4 people:
- 4 burger buns
- 4 Simply-Bugs Burgers – available in the Migros online shop
- cocktail sauce
Possible ingredients for burger toppings:
- tomatoes
- onions
- gherkins
- maize kernels
- cheese slices
- avocado
- lettuce (iceberg, mini lettuce, etc.)
- bacon
- eggs
- oil to fry with
Fry the burger buns in a little oil in a pan until crispy. Fry the Simply-Bugs Burgers in a little oil too. Then, cut the vegetables into slices so that they can fit into a burger bun. Cut the buns in half lengthways with a sharp knife. Coat the lower side of the bun with cocktail sauce, place the insect burgers on top, and add lettuce and difference vegetables to taste.
