Recipe for 3–4 people
|1||large bell pepper|
|1 pack (200g)||Simply-Bugs Balls – available in the Migros online shop|
|100g||grated mild cheese (optional)|
Prepare the vegetables, chop them up and put them in the mould. Season with the salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary. Spread the Simply-Bugs Balls evenly on the bed of vegetables. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the Balls and vegetables.
Bake in the middle of the oven, preheated to 200°C, for approx. 20 minutes. Serve immediately after cooking. Enjoy!
