Ingredients For Two Wraps

1 packageSimply Bugs insect balls
2flat breads Ø approx. 24 cm
16cucumber slices
8cherry tomatoes
70glettuce finely chopped
70gred cabbage finely chopped
10garugula salad

Herbal yoghurt sauce

100gGreek yoghurt
10gmayonnaise
10gsliced onion
5gparsley cut
3gchopped chives
salt, pepper

Here’s How It’s Done

Bake Simply Bugs Insect balls at 180°C in the circulation oven for 6-8 minutes.

In the meantime wash and cut red cabbage, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, arugula and cucumber.
