Ingredients For Two Wraps
|1 package||Simply Bugs insect balls|
|2||flat breads Ø approx. 24 cm|
|70g||lettuce finely chopped|
|70g||red cabbage finely chopped|

Here’s How It’s Done
Bake Simply Bugs Insect balls at 180°C in the circulation oven for 6-8 minutes.
In the meantime wash and cut red cabbage, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, arugula and cucumber.
Heat he flat breads in a frying pan on both sides for 2 minutes each.
Mix the Greek yoghurt with the mayonnaise, cut the herbs and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Spread all ingredients evenly on the wraps and roll up evenly.
